Typical Day:
Patient comes in and we perform treatment: Manual Soft Tissue Release, Flossing, Mobility/Flexibility, Muscle Activation, etc.
Then we work through the at home programming sending you home with a plan (plans are programmed per week; a la carte programming options available. Sessions are typically 30-minutes in length.
