Do you have multiple ailments or dynamic issues?
Are you constantly working through pain? Things like: Low back pain, hip or shoulder stability, etc. Are you dealing with nagging ongoing injuries that you just can’t seem to figure out, or are coming off of a surgery and not fully confident in getting back to doing what you love? Within this type of session, our goal is to alleviate pain as well as movement education and exercise rehabilitation; with the end goal of getting you back stronger than before!
Typical Day:
Patient arrives and discusses progress from previous session, as well as any new progress/setback that have occurred. We then provide necessary treatment to get the body feeling optimal.
The remaining time is spent training in a progressive approach that builds each week with improvements with the ultimate goal to get the athlete back to their desired training.
Sessions are typically 1-hour in length.
