Typical Day:
Our first visit will be comprised of client intake to include initial paperwork, health history, nutritional intake, a body composition assessment, and a movement assessment.
From here, we get you set up on our smartphone training platform (TrainHeroic), which provides you the ability to log workouts from home, as well as view your workouts and progress.
